Changes To Foreclosure Law

Any new Foreclosure file received by this office ON OR BEFORE December 21, 2007, will be processed and filed pursuant to the current (OLD) foreclosure laws in effect until December 31, 2007.

Any new Foreclosure file received by this office ON OR AFTER December 22, 2007, will be processed and filed pursuant to the NEW foreclosure laws that become effective on January 1, 2008.
