Marijuana Grow & Methamphetamine Discovered

Larimer County Sheriff's Office deputies were called to the 5000-block of Deer Run Lane in Fort Collins early Sunday morning, August 5th, on the report of domestic violence occurring to a 22-year-old woman. As a result, deputies discovered a marijuana grow with 18-month-old twins in the home. A sawed-off 30/30 rifle was also confiscated.
Gary Lee Holman, DOB: 090478, of Fort Collins, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (methamphetamine) (F4), Possession of a Controlled Substance with intent to Distribute (methamphetamine) (F4), Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance (psilocybin mushrooms) (F6), Possession of Marijuana (F6), Cultivation and Distribution of Marijuana (F6), Possession of an Illegal Weapon (F5), Possession of a Weapon by a Previous Offender (F5), Special Offender (F2), Child Abuse (M3), False Imprisonment (F2), 3rd Degree Assault (M1), Domestic Violence.
Mr. Holman, the female victim and the two children were all taken to a local hospital for decontamination associated with the methamphetamine. The Larimer County Department of Human Services was notified.
Gary Holman is being held at the Larimer County Jail pending a bond hearing. Additional charges are being investigated.
The charges are merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
