This is our anual event for the last 5 years at Carter Lake. We will have several troops participating with support from outside agencies. We will be teaching basic scout skills, Emergency Prepardness and Search & Rescue Merit Badges with mini exersizes. We will also be providing scouts for one or more of your service projects. Last year we rebuilt several tent sites and about 250' of trail but then ran you out of materials. We would like to have the picnic area to the entire south of the Eagle Campground for the wekend. You should have our insurance on file from last year's event.

1-copy of certificate of insurance with $1m in general liability coverage naming Larimer County as additional insured and our address is 200 w. oak st, #4000, ft. collins, co 80521. Need to wait until your ins broker can issue a renewed cert of ins with 2014 effective date.
