Fort collins rowing association (a local 501c3 charitable organization devoted to rowing and based at the marina in Inlet bay at horsetooth reservoir) would like to continue our annual tradition of a rowing eventon horsetooth reservoir for local clubs which we call

Comments: Please ensure that a detailed emergency communications plan is available, and that all staff and volunteers are familiar with the plan.
The Larimer County Department of Health & Environment is available to consult on food safety for the event, and on licensing provisions for vendors involving any catered food service. Information is available on our website at http://larimer.org/health/ehs/food.asp.
Note that registered non-profits, or group potluck type events are not required to use a licensed food service operator.
This event will occur on County open space. Details regarding the number of facilities and capacity for the event need to be coordinated with the Natural Resources Department.

Comments: Please provide an Emergency Communications Plan which outlines how medical/fire/law enforcement will be contacted, if necessary. Also, please provide the name and cell phone number of a safety officer. This person will be responsible for ensuring that medical/fire/law enforcement is notified in the event of an emergency. This person should be available during the entire event in case we need to reach someone at the event. Also, we request that anyone in a vessel wear properly fitting PFDs.
