6 person film crew with handheld equipment will film 8 kids, aged 8-16 years old lip synching two songs and performing motions on boats rented from Inlet Bay Marina. The songs are 2 of 20 music videos used in Group Publishings 2014 Vacation Bible School Curriculum which is a for-profit product sold to churches nationwide. Besides filming the kids singing and performing the motions, we will also film them on a rented wave runner, swimming and general fun in the sun on Horsetooth Reservoir. We have tentatively rented boats on Friday, July 19 from 12:30pm-6:30pm. Parents of kids will stay on shore as spectators or will return at 6:30pm to pick their kids up.
We carry insurance and will provide it as needed

Emergency Communications Plan: Producer Tracy Hindman and Director Jeff Koska will have cell phones at all times to call 911 if any emergencies occur. Kid parents will be onshore at the Inlet Bay Marina to assist. Producer Tracy Hindman will also serve as safety officer and can be reached at 303-709-6793 (cell)

Comments: Please provide an Emergency Communications Plan which outlines how medical/fire/law enforcement will be contacted, if necessary.
