This is an action sport as competitors surf (at slow speeds) behind a boat. This sport (and your location) allow a great opportunity for onlookers and spectators to take in the view of the sport and the landscape in the back ground. In addition this event will be web casted live from a boat feed system to a big screen for viewing in tent just above the bay in the parking lot (and live on the web internationally). Another tent will hold Clinic demo materials and a pro shop and finally a third tent will host concessions.
Food and beverages will be catered at our location (no alcohol will be provided or allowed at the event).
There are restrooms available in the parking lot but will be supplemental to provided portable toiletries by an outside vender. If for some reason we find you facility being over used we will be more then happy to cover any additional casted to have them cleaned out.
Foot trafic will be kept to provided paths only and waterways kept clear insuring we do not interfere with normal visitors in your park.
Access to the water edge is alway a great way to cool off in the hot summer sun. anyone that adds to the normal lake traffic per our event will follow all local and park laws.
Thank you Doug for the timely questions, If you need anything else please feel free to contact me a swell,

We would like to have at least on additional Ranger on duty (per Mark Caughlan's request) for Sat/Sun events as that will be the highest spectator numbers because of the comp. The Comp will run form 9-5. we have the ability to feed and support hydration needs for additional Rangers or officers and will support any additional needs Mark Caughlan thinks is best. I would like the opportunity to work with Mark to provide the safest event possible for everyone.
Thank you very much for all your time,
