Description:
This is a citizen science reasearch project to monitor Eastern Screech-Owl occupancy status and occupancy dynamics along the Poudre River urban corridor. Surveys will be conducted between the hours of 7:00pm to 6:00 am when the owls are active at night. The survey protocol is a 10 minute call play back method at each survey location. The survey locations that fall on Larimer County land are on River Bluff open space.
