Lions Open Space, located northwest of Fort Collins along Overland Trail, and the Pleasant Valley Trail have reopened following a temporary closure related to the condition of the Poudre River.  Damage occurred along a short section of the trail but a trail detour is in place. A river access point at the area was also damaged, and is currently fenced off for safety purposes. Please observe all detours and closures when visiting the area, and be careful around the river.
