77 year old Melvin Richard "Rich" Miller of Drake Colorado died at his residence on August 14, 2012 at approximately 10:30 am. Mr. Miller was working on his tractor when the tractor rolled over him, pinning him underneath the axel area.
An autopsy was performed today, August 15, 2012 by Michael A. Burson, MD, Larimer County Deputy Coroner.
Manner of death : Accident
Cause of death: Positional asphyxiation
