Are you a small business owner, HR manager/director, HR consultant, recruiter, or involved in any way with hiring? Finding and hiring qualified new employees can be challenging and costly especially for small businesses. Recruiters are not always an option, Craig’s List generates more spam than job candidates, and placement services are expensive. Recruiting with Social Media allows employers to search for, research, connect with, and hire candidates. Most tools are free, take less time than traditional methods, and the results are better.
