SCOPE OF WORK

The project consists of constructing a concrete trail from the River Bluffs trailhead on County Road 32E north approximately 1.25 miles through the Cache la Poudre River corridor to the Greeley No. 2 Ditch just west of the Timnath South Subdivision. Pending easement negotiations, the project may be extended an indeterminate length further north.

Project Budget: 540,000

PROJECT STATUS

Design begun. Construction on hold pending easement acquisitions.
