NEW NORTHERN EXTENSION AND ROUNDABOUT FOR OWL CANYON ROAD (CR 19

Project Number 288
(County Road 19 from County Road 70 to County Road 72)

Last Updated: November 14, 2014

SCOPE OF WORK

Construct a new roadway from the CR 19 / CR 70 intersection northwest to the CR 21 / CR 72 intersection. A roundabout will be constructed approximately 150 feet west of the CR 19 / CR 70 intersection. The roadway will be paved to a 40 foot width (two 12' lanes + 8' shoulders). CR 70 west of CR 19 and CR 21 between CR 70 and CR 72 will become private roads after project completion.

Project Budget: $5,000,000

PROJECT STATUS

A later than expected flow in the North Poudre Ditch has delayed completion of that crossing and has bumped the project completion a few of weeks.

County Road 70 will be closed between County Roads 17 and 19 with a detour to CR 72 until late November.
