County Offices, Courts, and the Landfill will all be closed on Monday, May 30, 2016 for the Memorial Day Holiday. Critical services at Larimer County are not disrupted by closures.

New Permit Processing System will Take Effect June 6, 2016

We are excited to announce the deployment of the new Larimer County Community Development Online Portal. The portal is available at this time only for registration. The portal will be fully functional on June 6, 2016.

To use all features of the web portal, a registration and login will be required. To register, please go to https://onlineportal.larimer.org/Account/User/Register , click on the registration button on the right hand side under the panoramic picture. (Instructions are attached for your reference). Registrations will not be reviewed and approved until June 6, 2016. Please check your email around this date for registration approval.

Training for the online portal will be provided on the following dates in the Hearing Room of the Larimer County Courthouse Offices, 200 West Oak Street, Fort Collins:

  • Wednesday May 25th from 8:30-11:30 a.m.
  • or

  • Thursday May 26th from 1:00-3:00 p.m.

As a reminder, to implement the new software system a few modifications to the way we do business will take place:

  • May 27, 2016 will be the last day we can accept or issue new permits until June 6, 2016. During this time frame we will continue to perform inspections.   • Effective June 6, 2016, payment for all permits must be received before the permit is issued
