Larimer County Offices, Courts, District Attorney, and Landfill are closed on May 29, 2017 in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday. Critical services at Larimer County are not disrupted by closures.
Entrance permits are required at Blue Sky Trailhead, Carter Lake, Flatiron Reservoir, Hermit Park Open Space, Horsetooth Mountain Open Space, Horsetooth Reservoir, Pinewood Reservoir, Ramsay-Shockey Open Space and Soderberg Open Space.
The park permits expire 12 months from the end of the month purchased and are transferable among vehicles registered to the same household.

Annual park permits can be purchased at the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder located at 200 West Oak Street,1st floor, Citizen Information Center, Fort Collins.
Our office accepts cash, checks, or credit and debit cards (with a small convenience fee added).
Effective January 1, 2017, Colorado State Parks permits are not available for purchase from the Larimer County Clerk and Recorder.
All Colorado State Parks have entrance fees, and all vehicles are required to have an entrance permit. These permits may be purchased online from the Colorado Parks and Wildlife website at http://cpw.state.co.us/buyapply/Pages/ParksPassInfo.aspx or at retail outlets such as Jax Outdoor Gear or REI.
