6. Committee Reports:
Pancake Breakfast – G. Marison reported everything going as planned.
Parade – P. Young reported parade planning going well.
Royalty – S. Martinez reported royalty past participation in CSU rodeo & 4-H Carnival. Upcoming June 1st first every Royalty Horse Show. Final details coming soon.
Guest Services –J. Brook reported that F. Marino will co-chair committee. Have 200 volunteers on database to date. The online volunteer application can be exported to Excel. Asked about having a QR code printed on materials such as posters, flyers, etc.

Buildings & Grounds – No updates
Entertainment – New for 2013, Dog & Pony Variety Show, ticketed event Saturday night in indoor arena. Monday & Tuesday nights “Gathering Tents” with food and beverages.
Arena Activities – Finalizing, report next month meeting
Marketing – R. Young reported that the campaign is starting up. Posters and flyers will be go to print June 14 and will have them at next meeting to pass out for distribution. Carnival tickets on sale with Comcast. There will be more media coverage for Jr. Livestock Sale. Once parade Grand Marshal is announced a news release will go out.
Sponsorship – Projected to increase for 2013. Ranch-Way Feeds and Colorado Lottery are co-presenting sponsors. Pederson Toyota is Rodeo presenting sponsor.
Ovations – P. Hossler reported-Gnarly Barley has 6 new participants. Did cap vendors at 25. Presale tickets go on sale to public May 13. There are 22 food vendors to date.
8. Liaison Report
Junior Livestock Sale– S. Jerigan reported for absent G. Melick that Jr Livestock Sale committee merge with Fair Board will take place after their next meeting and their by-laws have been revised.
TETWP – P. Young reported for absent A. Rankin. July 20th is the golf tournament. July 27 after parade Jax’s will hold a fund raiser hamburger BBQ. S. Martinez will contact Jax's to see if they can have a fashion show same as last year. Looking into selling pink T-shirts for public at rodeo.
9. Budget – D. Frick gave a Power Point presentation of Fair & Rodeo financial overview. Copies of the Fair dashboard was handed out along with important information how to handle requests for payments, reimbursements, cash box money and donations.

No items for the May 7th Executive Committee agenda
Ranch has offered Fair vendor space to Stitch-N-Time and a percentage will go to Royalty Scholarship.
11. Old Business:
S. Golden still working on Farmer’s Market for fair.
