Larimer County Offices, Courts, District Attorney, Landfill, Household Hazardous Waste, and Recycle Center are all closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2015.
County Offices are also closed on Friday, November 27 while the Courts, District Attorney, Landfill, Household Hazardous Waste, and Recycle Center are open. Critical services at Larimer County will not be disrupted by this closure.

§ Queen’s – Lillie Parker
In June will be working with “Cowboys for Kids “on horse therapy. Participated in Martin Luther King parade, Miss Rodeo Colorado clinic, St. Patrick’s Day parade, 4-H Carnival, Tobacco Free Larimer Colorado talked to 7 classes. Started website and face book account. Want to put up pictures of past Queen’s in McKee Building. They are also in process of making a video for Jr. Livestock committee.

§ Fair Board web site description revision – Updated and will be on county website.
§ Pancake Breakfast – Loren Maxey reported that committee has met again and everything is good to go.
§ Parade – Mike Adams reported that the committee will be meeting next week with Loveland police to discuss route.
§ Junior Livestock – Greg Melick reported that the committee is doing an information video for 4-H members on how to contact buyers. They are also working on setting up non-profit status
§ Animal Welfare –S. Fancher not present
§ Tough Enough to Wear Pink – No report
§ Guest Services – Frank Marino had meeting two weeks ago with Mike, Kaycee, Larry & Kiersten. Kaycee met with the Loveland Board of Realtors to solicit more volunteers. He will meet with the Remax group for the upcoming year. They are moving to four hour minimum shifts to simplify scheduling. Will try to get younger volunteers for better supervision for Kiddie Ranchland. Frank contacted 11senior tax write off people.

§ Arena Activities – No miniature horse show this year, might have a bonfire on Friday night, moved Lady-In-Waiting contest. Jr. Rodeo opening entries up to outside the county. Discussed ideas for pancake breakfast activities.
§ Marketing – Ryan Young

o Marketing Platform/plan – pushing ticket sales and schedule more
o Hot topics – Started face book page, having media party
