Members present:  Susanne Cordery-Cotter, Nancy Grice, Craig Hults, Ed Stoner, Cordelia Stone, Paul Resseguie & Ed Ott.

Chair – Susanne called the meeting to order @7:00 PM

Agenda was adopted as written.

Minutes were adopted with changes.

Communication Items:

            Members:

Paul – There is going to be a hearing about the house next to the Conoco station. The hearing is to determine if the garage to the house can be rented.

                        Nancy – We should take a more active role in the LaPorte web site.

            Staff:

                        Jill – The Becker sub-division has been tabled. There is a problem with the left turn into the sub-division.

            County Rd 54G renaming project – We talked about the process of changing the name.

            We made a decision to have a public meeting in January. From this meeting we will work out names for the street.

The meeting will be at CLP Elementary. CLP Elementary is excited about helping getting a name. Everyone on 54G will be notified of the meeting.

We believe that a weeknight @ 7:00 will be the best time.
