Agenda Items: Becker Subdivision.
Review was presented by Rob Helmick.
LAPAC found that the subdivision met the LaPorte area land use plan but with the following concerns….
1) All outside lighting should be “Sharp cutoff-down directed” lighting.
2) 10 acre minimums should be achieved.
3) We have concerns about one well having the ability to serve three homes.
4) We have concerns about three septic systems in this area.
Motion was made by Nancy to approve the subdivision. Mandy seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously.
Discussion Items: Name change for County Road 54G.
Susanne met with the county. The county will change the name with a citizen initiative. Karlin is the person at the county that is the contact. Asher and Sylvia Haun are the drivers for this initiative.
LAPAC came to a consensus that we would help in this initiative wherever we can.
